- Build and lead the new Cardiovascular Surgery program
- Perform a full spectrum of cardiac procedures
- Collaborate with a high-performing, multidisciplinary heart team
- Participate in outpatient consultations and comprehensive perioperative care
- Help shape quality standards and clinical growth strategies Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited cardiovascular surgery fellowship
- Texas medical license (or eligibility)
- Demonstrated leadership and team-based care experience Compensation Details
