A large practice is adding another experienced General Surgery Physician to join their expanding group. There is a full benefit package provided that includes health/dental/vision, 401k,deferred compensation, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage. 1st year guarantee based on FMV and then income is based on a productivity model (wRVU basis) after the guaranteed period.
