Gynecologic Surgeon Opportunity Near ROCKAWAY PARK, NY The Ideal Candidate: Experience: A minimum of two to four years of gynecologic surgery experience. Diagnostic Skills: Ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of gynecologic conditions and improve patient outcomes, including endometriosis, leiomyomas, and adnexal masses. Surgical Expertise: Must be able to prevent, recognize, and manage potential surgical complications derived from gynecologic surgeries. Competency: Demonstrate competency in diagnosis and treatment to assure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained. Patient-Centered Approach: Exhibit a patient-centered approach toward a positive patient experience. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
