- Location : Near Krum, TX
- Duration : November 2024 November 2025
- Schedule :
- 24-hour call coverage (7 AM 7 AM)
- On average, 8 hours onsite daily, with the remainder on call
- Daily Patient Volume : Approximately 8 patients
- Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Licensing : Active DEA and unrestricted medical license
- Support : No mid-level staff support
