Job Description: Job Title: Physiotherapist LCA Location: Anekal Reporting to: Project Manager / Sr. Physiotherapist 1. Job Purpose To plan and provide physiotherapy and comprehensive rehabilitation services for children and adults with disabilities in a community-based approach. The role focuses on improving functional abilities, independence, and quality of life through home-based, centre-based and community-level interventions, in coordination with a multidisciplinary team and community stakeholders. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Clinical Assessment and Intervention Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments for children and adults with various disabilities (neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, stroke, spinal cord injuries, etc.). Develop individualized therapy plans (ITPs) with clear functional goals, timelines, and outcome indicators.
