Job Description
- Manage and deliver all physiotherapy services for a Nursing Home including initial assessments, periodic reviews, and individualized treatment plans.
- Develop, lead, and evaluate group therapy programs and activities for residents.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute comprehensive Individual Care Plans (ICPs).
- Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and caregivers, providing care with empathy and respect.
- Manage residents behaviors associated with dementia, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Maintain documentation of all therapy records and residents progress.
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the Nursing Home Manager to support operations.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with AHPC
