Nurture Health is seeking a passionate and patient-centred Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Therapy Manager, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services and achieve meaningful patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical and functional abilities and develop, implement, and monitor individualised physiotherapy treatment plans to optimise mobility, independence, and rehabilitation outcomes.
- Deliver interventions including mobility retraining, neurorehabilitation, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, balance retraining, fall prevention, exercise prescription, wheelchair seating, and mobility equipment prescription.
