Responsibilities
- Assess infants and children’s gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and functional mobility using standardized and play‑based assessments to create tailored treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices to promote optimal physical development and function for pediatric patients.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs, positioning techniques, and strategies to integrate therapeutic activities into the child’s daily routine, fostering their active participation in the child’s progress.
- Provide specialized interventions for children with neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, musculoskeletal disorders, developmental delays, and genetic syndromes, adapting treatments to the unique needs of each child.
