Job Description
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality physiotherapy services through home-based sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment and exercise programs.
- Conduct home-based physiotherapy sessions, ensuring effective and safe treatment delivery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy or relevant qualification.
- Ideally at least 2 years of clinical experience in Singapore.
