Role & Responsibilities
Clinical Duties To provide effective Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for clients in the different care settings To provide clients and caregivers with education and training in self-management To participate actively in Client Review meetings with other team members To formulate discharge and continuity of care plans based on client’s performance in consultation with relevant stakeholders To facilitate community integration through collaboration with community partners when required
Education and Training To keep abreast with advances in the profession and to contribute to the development of the department To deliver training to support staffs, students and volunteers To participate in research and quality improvement projects
Administration and Operation To cover the duties of other Physiotherapist in the Allied Health team within the organization Monitor individual key performance indicators Assist in the implementation and promotion of new cli...
