Job Description
- To provide effective Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for clients in the different care settings
- To provide clients and caregivers with education and training in self-management
- To participate actively in Client Review meetings with other team members
- To formulate discharge and continuity of care plans based on client’s performance in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- To facilitate community integration through collaboration with community partners when required
Education and Training - To keep abreast with advances in the profession and to contribute to the development of the department
- To deliver training to support staffs, students and volunteers
- To participate in research and quality improvement projects
Administration and Operation - To cover the duties of other Physiotherapist in the Allied Health team within the organization
