Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients in a logical and sequential manner, generating and testing a hypothesis so as to come up with accurate physiotherapy diagnosis.
- Plan treatment, addressing the problems and reflecting current available scientific evidence.
- Treat and evaluate patients safely and efficaciously.
- Ensure completion of patient documentation, records and accurate statistical information to reflect care provided.
- Ensure effective communication within multidisciplinary team so as to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with Rehab Services competency and practice standards.
- Diploma in Health Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent, preferably with Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy
- Attain and meet all requirements to maintain registration with Allied Health Professions Council
