Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients in a primary care setting. Formulate appropriate diagnoses and therapy modalities based on medical conditions and evaluate results with outcome measures. Educate patients, family members, caregivers, and the community on preventive measures and ongoing treatment of disorders. Conduct informative talks to promote health awareness. Contribute to continuous quality improvement in the department and guide trainees and students. Requirements
