About the Role
Join our team at REACH Senior Service's Senior Care Centre and make a meaningful impact on seniors' lives. As a Physiotherapist, you will support rehabilitation and wellness programmes that help seniors maintain mobility, strength, and independence through safe, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
Key Responsiblities- Conduct basic physiotherapy assessments under supervision.
- Implement and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation programmes.
- Facilitate therapy sessions, group exercises, and mobility training.
- Maintain physiotherapy equipment and assistive devices.
- Observe, record, and report clients’ progress to the supervising Physiotherapist.
- Educate clients and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercises.
