Job Description
Provide high-quality, professional physiotherapy services across assigned caseloads, including inpatient, outpatient, and home-based cases.
Ensure service coverage for designated wards.
Conduct and document all aspects of patient care, including initial assessments, periodic reassessments (every 6 months for maintenance and every 3 months for active rehabilitation), individualized rehabilitation goals, weekly review of rehabilitation plans, treatment updates, and discharge planning.
Monitor and follow up on patient progress.
Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary team meetings, and family meetings.
Manage daily billing responsibilities.
Engage in departmental in-service training and contribute to the education of other professionals and students.
Provide supervision and guidance to physiotherapy students during clinical placements.
Deliver talks or lectures as required.
