Scoliosis Programme Development & Implementation- Lead the development, setup, and implementation of the scoliosis programme during its initial phase.
- Oversee operational readiness, service structure, and patient journey to ensure a smooth and effective rollout.
- Monitor programme performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to support sustainability and growth.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities.
- Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.
