Job Description
Responsibilities: Be responsible for the structural design and simulation optimization of piezoelectric MEMS devices. Collaborate with Process, ASIC, and Packaging/Testing teams to participate in the system development of piezoelectric MEMS. Provide technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle. Participate in product reliability evaluation, failure analysis, and improvement for piezoelectric MEMS devices. Engage in market analysis, competitor research, new product pre-research, and patent portfolio planning related to piezoelectric MEMS technology. Job Requirements: Education: Master's degree or above. Experience: Entry level with similar research experience will be considered. Those with at least 5 years of R&D experience in the piezoelectric MEMS industry, with in-depth understanding and knowledge of the field will be highly preferred.
