Pilates Instructor
Responsibilities- Design and lead engaging and dynamic Pilates classes that cater to varying fitness levels.
- Provide personalized attention and adjustments during one-on-one sessions to ensure clients' individual needs are met.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Pilates principles and a passion for promoting overall well-being.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Pilates Instructor.
- Fully trained in Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, and Chair techniques.
- Experienced in conducting both group classes and personalized one-on-one sessions.
- Certification in Pilates instruction.
- Proven track record of creating a positive and motivating workout environment.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles to accommodate diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively guide and inspire clients.
