As a Pilot Plant Manager
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and management of our state-of-the-art facility dedicated to testing and developing new processes and products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize butchery/meat processing background to oversee a variety of products including cold meats, processed products, fresh products, cured products, etc.
- Manage hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support.
- Hands-on involvement in product manufacturing and project management.
- Conduct regular stock takes of raw materials and spare parts, maintaining accurate records of inventory.
- Coordinate with other sites to track spare parts usage and manage orders accordingly.
- Supervise staff in the Technical Innovation Center (TIC) and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
