Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Plan land preparation, planting, harvesting, and replanting cycles
- Manage fruit crop cultivation, growth stages, and flowering
- Oversee fertilization, irrigation, pest, disease and weed control
- Ensure crop quality meets export standards
- Lead and supervise field staff; assign daily tasks
- Ensure safety compliance and team productivity
- Maintain machinery, irrigation systems and facilities
- Manage budgets, costs, and farm records
- Coordinate with buyers, exporters, and relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance with MyGAP, GAP, and regulatory standards
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management
