Responsibilities
- Skilled manual work in the performance of specialized pipe laying as applied to mainline and service connections for water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer.
- Setting thrust blocks, installing hydrants and valves.
- Ensuring proper installation of fittings, and wet and dry pipe tapping.
