3D Technical Director / Pipeline Engineer
Monks seeks an experienced professional to solve technical issues and develop pipelines and workflows for the 3D Animation team in Buenos Aires and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the project brief and craft technical solutions that enable artistic goals within time and budget constraints.
- Define and assemble the right team, maintaining and updating CG pipelines to meet project needs.
- Scope project timelines and assess feasibility of tasks with the producer.
- Collaborate closely with the Director, 3D Lead, and artists; hands‑on involvement in all stages of 3D production.
- Participate in team calls and brainstorming sessions to drive solutions.
- Stay on the forefront of new developments, AI automation, and innovation in the CG field, initiating implementation as appropriate.
