Role Overview:
The Pipe Yard Lead Hand adds value to our Customers and our Co-Workers by being responsible for assisting the supervisor in the oversight and active participation in the daily operations of the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. This involves being a positive team member by demonstrating strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
