Job Description
What you will do:
As our Piping BIM Engineer (1 year contract), you will:
- Create accurate 3D BIM models of piping systems, including pipes, fittings, valves, and equipment, based on P&IDs, engineering specifications, and site sketches.
- Produce 2D layouts, isometrics, shop drawings, and detail drawings directly from 3D models.
- Develop and maintain Revit project‑specific M&E families and annotations, libraries, and templates.
- Ensure all models and drawings adhere to company standards, Singapore BIM standards (BCA), international codes (e.g., ASME, ASTM).
- Produce 2D AutoCAD drawings (equipment layout, foundation drawing, piping layout, isometric drawing, and other shop drawings) and ensure all design/proposal drawings are in accordance with specification or statutory requirement.
