You will be a key site leader, responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on supervisory role demanding strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Leadership:
Directly supervise a team of fitters, welders, and tradesmen. Plan daily work assignments, manage manpower deployment, and ensure optimal productivity.
