Dr Rudi’s is one of Auckland’s most iconic waterfront venues — known for its buzzing atmosphere, harbour views, bowling lanes, live sport and a menu built for sharing. At the heart of it all is our pizza offering, and we’re looking for a Pizza Chef to help deliver consistently great pizzas in a high-energy kitchen.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced venue and takes pride in producing quality pizza during busy service.
The Role
Working alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team, you’ll take ownership of the pizza section — ensuring every pizza that leaves the pass is consistent, well executed and on time.
