JOB SUMMARY To provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children can grow physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually using the educational philosophies and goals of the program as guidelines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop a daily routine consistent with the needs of the children.
Provide and ensure appropriate and sensitive interaction with the children at all times.
Provide and ensure appropriate supervision of the children at all times.
Provide and ensure appropriate language and positive methods of disciplinary intervention as defined by our staff policy.
Ensure that the Department of Health, Bureau of Day Care regulations are followed.
Prepare and maintain a safe clean, and well-organized learning environment.
