Job Description
Accountable & responsible for Sell In and Sell Out Sales performance of all distributors and trade customers.
- Set monthly sales target for distributors' salesman.
- Sales Deduction management - allocation breakdown by distributors.
- Monthly promotion and sales deduction planning.
Monitor Territory Coverage
- Develop and execute sales itinerary for sales team to ensure 100% coverage on agreed frequency.
- Review and update itinerary periodically.
- Responsible for customer database maintenance.
Drive Product Distribution & Sales Growth
- Monitor compliance of MSU list.
- Timely implementation of promotional activities/campaign.
- Maximize usage of POS materials and replacement.
Control Market Hygiene
- Accountable for market returns from distributors and customers.
- Organize clearance of aging stocks.
