Job Scope
- Match suitable domestic helpers with families proactively.
- Working closely with helpers, employers, and other stakeholders for order closing and deployments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Conduct interviews with helpers and prepare the biodata.
- Issue resolution.
- At least CEI (Basic) certification.
- At least 1 year experience in employment agency for domestic helpers.
- Strong sales mindset, independent, and highly motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Team-player.
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
5-day work week (on roster basis)
Working Hours10am to 7pm
