Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and onboard new corporate partners across IT, Non-IT, start-ups, and MNCs for Train & Hire, Contract Staffing, and Full-time Hiring models. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, TA Managers, Business Leaders). Ensure repeat business by delivering high-quality profiles and maintaining post-placement engagement. 2. Talent Alignment & Recruitment Operations Screen, shortlist, and share relevant candidate profiles based on client hiring needs.
