Base salary range: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year, depending on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location, plus bonus eligibility.
Position Scope: General Manager (GM) at the new Planet Fitness located at Yonge & Sheppard in North York, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in new club opening activities.
- Recruit, hire, train and develop a high‑performing staff, including an Assistant General Manager, Member Services Representatives and Trainers.
- Cross‑train the AGM in all GM activities so they can cover in the GM’s absence and prepare them for future GM roles.
