What the role is:
As an enforcement officer, you will be on the front lines of maintaining URA’s regulatory standards. This is a dynamic role where you are responsible for ensuring compliance with URA’s regulations through ground inspections, public engagement, and the management of enforcement workflows.
What you will be working on:- Site Inspections: Conduct field inspections and investigations to identify and document evidence of regulatory breaches, along with interviewing persons acquainted with the case.
- Engagement & Education: Engage with homeowners and businesses, where needed, to explain rules and regulations.
- Enforcement Action: Execute statutory powers, including the serving of formal notices to secure compliance with regulations.
- Appeals Management: Review and assess appeals, providing recommendations based on a balanced and calibrated approach.
