Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Location: Woodlands Job Responsibilities
Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Production, R&D, Warehouse, and external plating vendors to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery Plan and schedule production activities, subcontractor plating work, and internal plating operations to optimise machine and manpower utilisation Prepare and update open orders reports for weekly operations meetings Issue and monitor work orders, ensuring production schedules are met and delivery timelines are not compromised Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely issuance and replenishment of raw materials according to production requirements Monitor and maintain agreed safety stock levels Ensure all work orders are properly completed and closed, including reporting of outstanding work orders Support operational coordination and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Provide backup support for team members during long leave periods Job Requireme...
