Job Description
The Supply Chain Planner is a crucial role in customer satisfaction & operational efficiency. It will support the Operations and Planning teams by executing daily supply chain planning, order-management, shipment-tracking, and coordination with the commercial and operations team. This role serves as a key communication point for planning deliveries and managing inquiries via managing supply chain requests. This individual is ensuring customer inquiries are addressed, ship dates are accurate, and risks to on-time delivery are identified and escalated. This role will be the key driver in managing the status updates to sales & commercial ops of potential missed / missed shipments by ensuring that production planning & production develop recovery plans and communication of any deviation is immediately addressed.
