Job Description:Prioritise safety and health principles in all team interactions, taking personal responsibility for the safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and eliminate fatalities. Act as a role model and reinforce a workplace culture where safety and health are paramount. Identify and avoid specific risks within the working area by implementing plans/systems to minimise them. Manage safety and health systems within the work area, including assessing safety leadership capabilities, assessing team members 'fitness for duty, and conducting physical safety checks.
