Job Description

As Planning & Analytics Solution Owner , you play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and ongoing management of Planning, Forecast, and Analytics initiatives within the retail domain of IT Europe. Reporting to the IT Retail Director, you work at the intersection of project management, technology, and business partnership, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to support Chanel’s ambition for data-driven excellence in retail operations.

  • Lead the implementation of Retail Planning, Forecast and Analytics projects, covering the business process as sales forecast & budgeting, boutique staff planning, order replenishment and pricing, across various technical platform such as IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Microsoft Power Platform or other relevant solutions.
