About the Role
Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Group Director of Operations (GDO), you will play a critical role in driving planning, performance, and operational excellence across Hospital & Specialist Services (HSS). This position provides leadership, governance, oversight, and coordination to support informed decision‑making and successful delivery of organisational priorities.
You will act as a trusted advisor and key connector across services, divisions, and leadership teams, ensuring performance expectations are monitored, opportunities are identified, and strategic initiatives delivered effectively. This role may also lead priority projects and initiatives on behalf of the GDO and coordinate action across multiple Directors, Chiefs, and service leaders to deliver outcomes.
