Planning & Coordination Executive (PIMO Department)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field with project coordination, planning, or operations monitoring.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities Ensure resource planning and allocation support Coordination & Communication
Act as a central point of coordination between departments and stakeholders Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes Ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and changes Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against milestones and deliverables
