Job Description
The Planning Coordinator plays a key role in securing the operational performance and delivery commitments of the Business Unit Component across the Charleroi and Haren sites. The position ensures a clear, realistic, and shared view of production capabilities and short-term planning, acting as the central interface between operations, management, and commercial functions. By aligning capacity, workload, and priorities, the role directly supports on-time delivery, workload balancing, and decision-making at both operational and management levels.
Primary Responsibilities:
Production Capability Management
· Create, maintain, and continuously update the production capability analysis for both CRL and HAR sites.
· Define and monitor available capacity based on resources, skills, equipment, and constraints.
