Planning Enforcement Officer
We are looking to recruit a Planning Enforcement Officer on a part time (22.2hours per week) 6-month fixed term contract to join our friendly and collaborative Enforcement Team within our Development Management Planning Service. You will work closely with the Enforcement team but also the Development Management Officers and other council services such as Built Environment, Natural Environment, Highways and Legal advisors.
You’ll investigate alleged breaches of planning control; undertake site inspections; carry out associated administrative tasks and consultations; undertake negotiations with interested parties and liaising with Councillors, colleagues, and residents. We’re l...
