Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creation of initial schedule based on available data from DPT (designs, CFAs)
- Benchmarking of durations vs actual productivities of other comparable Rockwell Projects)
- Provide detailed computation of assumed durations per scope of work based on benchmarking.
- Provide POC projections for the whole project life once detailed relative weights are available
- Generating a procurement plan based on the drawings release targets and schedule projections
Construction Phase
- Finalization of the baseline schedule and procurement schedule if there are changes to plans/drawings
- Adjustment of POC in relation to item (1)
- Monitoring of accomplishments/KPIs
- Tight guarding of critical activities' status/accomplishments
- Generate catch-up plans/schedules as needed
- Weekly reporting of POCs/KPIs for in-team reports (Huddles, Duty Officer's Report)
