AECOM is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for major Roads and Infrastructure and bridges projects located in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for small to medium-sized projects.
- Analyze project financial data and identify potential impacts on project outcomes.
- Assist in establishing project baseline data using drawings and specifications.
- Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses to ensure project efficiency.
- Collect and analyze progress data, reviewing performance trends to support decision-making.
- Apply earned value, scope control, and change management methodologies.
- Analyze manpower, labor hours, and labor costs against budget limitations.
- Track purchase order and subcontract commitments and expenditures.
- Support the project reporting process and participate in project cost review meetings.
