Job Description
We're working with a pharmaceutical manufacturing client to source an experienced Project Scheduler/Planning Engineer for a site development project running through to early 2027.
The role
You'll work directly with the Project Manager, taking ownership of the live project schedule across a critical phase of execution that includes a planned shutdown in December 2026.
Day to day you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating the overall project schedule in Primavera P6 on a weekly basis
- Reforecasting remaining activities and updating S-Curve reporting for CQ execution
- Managing the full shutdown schedule for December 2026, coordinating all stakeholders to map activities, dependencies, predecessors and successors
- Baselining the schedule at the appropriate point and tracking all changes with impact assessments against critical path
