Key Responsibilities

Establish baseline schedules including engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to track performance against the baseline.
Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify key activities affecting project completion.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper sequencing and timely completion of tasks.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
