We are currently working with a leading international law firm that is looking to engage an experienced Planning Lawyer with specialist Development Consent Order (DCO) expertise for an initial 6-month assignment. The role is due to commence ASAP, and will likely require some London-based office attendance. This opportunity has arisen in anticipation of a significant instruction from a client within the energy and infrastructure sector, relating to a major Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP). The successful Lawyer will play a key role in advising on and managing the DCO process under the Planning Act 2008, working closely with a highly regarded planning team.
