We are seeking a skilled and motivated Planning Solicitor to join our dynamic Development Team. This role involves delivering high-quality legal services across development, planning, highways, and local government law, supporting strategic objectives and contributing to external income generation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex caseload of both contentious and non-contentious legal matters.Draft and negotiate legal documents, including planning and highways agreements.
Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders, committees, and external partners.
Represent the organisation at inquiries, tribunals, and court proceedings.
Support and mentor junior staff and contribute to training and development.
Stay up to date with legislative changes and case law developments.
