RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, VO cost analysis and submit VO quotation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments.
- Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts.
- Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters.
- Maintain and update contract documentation and records.
