Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the
planning team
(production & material planners) Own
MPS, MRP, and capacity planning
to support business demand Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics Drive
on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and material readiness Lead
NPI planning
to ensure smooth product ramp-up Identify risks in supply, capacity, and inventory—and drive solutions Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements 5–8+ years of experience in
