Job Description

Planning & Material Control Executive - FMCG, based in Shah Alam/BandarEnstek

Job location: The personnel will temporary report at the Shah Alam plant until new plant at Bandar Enstek is ready.

Job responsibilities:

  • Production Planning - Ensure ISO Procedures on Production Planning is followed:
    • Download the Planned Order List from SAP and check the finished goods stock before the planning process.
    • Schedule production planning by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), size, material availability and batch size.
    • Firm planned order into SAP.
    • Daily check Production Planning file matches the actual production output and adjusts accordingly in Excel and SAP.
    • Contingency production planning for emergency.
  • Packaging Material Planning - ensure all materials are at the optimum level:
    • Generate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for packaging materials and ensure inve...
