Location: Nuneaton Town Hall, Nuneaton
Rate: £24.05 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Officer to join a busy Development Control team on a 3-month rolling contract.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Managing a varied caseload of planning applications.Preparing reports and recommendations under delegated powers and for Planning Committee.Negotiating with applicants, consultees and stakeholders.Assisting with planning appeals and enforcement matters.Monitoring developments and discharging planning conditions.Negotiating Section Agreements.Providing professional planning advice to customers and stakeholders.
